Sergio Duarte, its broker, founded the company in 2020 when he decided to change paths from his financial career. He founded Florida Legacy Realty after he saw the big opportunities that Florida has in this industry, and to continue his career in financial planning by focusing on a financial option that he often recommended to his clients: passive income through investment.
Sergio, himself, has invested in Florida since 2015 and have seen the results of investing in Florida to create financial freedom and is every day eager to share this knowledge with his clients.
